Icarus provides tools for law students to discover legal opportunities, manage outreach, and organize application workflows.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.

Access to Icarus may be restricted and granted at our discretion. We reserve the right to approve or deny access requests.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliations
• Use the platform to send spam or abusive communications
• Attempt to access or scrape data improperly

Users are solely responsible for the content of emails and communications sent using the platform.

Icarus does not guarantee:

• job placement
• responses from firms
• interview outcomes

While we aim to provide accurate firm and contact data, we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for misuse or violation of these terms.

Icarus is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
